Dan Boone - Dan Boone approached us many years ago about building him a show winning hot rod based on a 1932 Roadster. The project got underway in 2002 and the car was entered in the Doncaster Show two years later, where it won “Best in Britain”. Dan supplied us with various bits for the build and we put it all together. It uses original chassis rails with a Halibrand V8 rear axle and a dropped, drilled and chromed I beam up front equipped with Buick drums. It steers via a Vega box, HGHR column and a 40s Ford wheel. The drivetrain comprises a crate 350 and matching transmission. The body is painted in house of Kolor True Blue candy and the pearl white upholstery is by Neil Tadman.
